Helpful Details to Mention
When you ring (708) 787-3128, it helps to have a rough module count, to know if you own the system or lease it, and to have the roofer's hoped-for start. If a storm claim is part of the picture, let us know. That is all we need to set up a visit.
What the Call Covers
The roof story
What the roofer has planned, the size of the array and whether a claim is involved.
A visit to the roof
We check the array, mounts, wiring and roof and record production.
Your price and sequence
A fixed number, often inside 48 hours, plus the date for each visit.
Before You Dial
What should I do if my call goes to voicemail?
Leave your name, your town and a quick note about the roof. Messages get returned as soon as we come off the roof or the other line.
Who handles the electrical side of my system?
A Master Electrician handles the disconnect before removal and the reconnection after the reset, so the wiring is never left to a roofing crew.
Is the work backed after the job is done?
Yes. Our detach and reset workmanship carries a 5-year warranty. If something we did is not right, call and we will come back to fix it.
Can roofers call about more than one house?
Yes. Send over each job's module count and tear-off week, and every one gets its own per-panel number.
Do you go beyond Palos Park?
Yes. Palos Hills, Palos Heights, Worth, Orland Park, Oak Lawn and other nearby towns are all covered.
One Call Starts the Plan
Describe the roof job and the array. We will book a visit, then phone back a fixed price and the order of work.
